The first lot of bags were sent via cargo and arrived in Pakistan at the end of January 2021.Our trustees when travelling in January 2021 also took bags of charity clothes with them as cargo from London to Islamabad, free of charge thanks to British Airways.

Al-Qiyas Welfare Completed Clothes Distributions
‘Apna Ghar Jhelum Old People Welfare Society’ is a shelter for the elderly, vulnerable and victimised in and around the Jhelum area. The organisation also supports females and orphaned children.
Residents at Apna Ghar included elderly and children with no family to take care of them as well as individuals with learning difficulties. Al-Qiyas Welfare team and volunteers distributed clothes and shoes to male and female residents.
